Uy Kuyteav was established in 2015 by renowned Cambodia Master chef Luu Meng with his vision of promoting Khmer cuisine in modern setting to introduce his very homemade broth for local favorite “Kuyteav” in the Kingdom.
The soup is carefully prepared from quality pork bones boiled slowly to extract maximum flavorsome nutrients and served with fresh noodles made from the World’s Best Cambodian Jasmine rice.

Uy Kuyteav is also home to its distinctive local dishes including Grilled Chicken Rice, Kampot Pepper Beef on Iron Pan, and Cambodia’s evergreen noodle “Num Banh Chouk” with both Khmer “Green” Soup “Somlor Pror Haer” and Red Curry.
